Real Safe Candles are made from real paraffin wax so it is important to keep them out of direct sunlight particularly in the warmer months as they may melt. We also recommend to place your Real Safe Candles on a candle holder or accessory to prevent marking any furniture with wax residue.
The best way to clean your flameless candle is with a damp cloth or cotton bud and ensure that you do not immerse the candle in water.
Our battery operated flameless candles require AAA alkaline batteries to operate and it is important not to mix old and new batteries. The life of the battery is dependant on the brand of battery you use and can vary from 120 hours up to 240 hours.
